An AI-native customer relations and communications platform for real estate agents

At Ease is the AI that answers your agency's phone — qualifying buyers, booking appraisals, and following up with the right listings. Day or night, in your callers' language.

What At Ease AI does

Answers every call

A natural AI voice picks up instantly — any hour, in English or the caller's own language. No missed callers, no offshore call centre.

Qualifies & scores

Reads intent and budget, matches the right buyer to the right home, and keeps every negotiation fair — no buyer ever hears another buyer's offer.

Books on the spot

Checks the agent's real calendar and locks in appraisals and inspections — mid-call, no back-and-forth.

Never lets a lead cool

Captures every enquiry and follows up by text and email with listings around their budget.

Everything it does, in plain words

Everything the desk does, one page each.

One call, from ring to booked.

Saturday evening, after hours. The call you would have lost — and everything it leaves behind on your desk.

A line drawing of one after-hours call. On the left, the caller as a dot and the assistant as a ring, each turn of the conversation drawn as a line that grows from whoever is speaking, with quiet notes: she says she is an AI first, quotes the advertised range, answers a Section 32 question from the document, finds a free slot in the agent's calendar and books it, then texts the details. On the right, the console's new-client page fills itself in as the call goes: name, intent, suburb, budget, bedrooms; the 11:00 Saturday slot goes from proposed to booked; the text message is sent; the caller is placed on the buyer track.

AIRIS picked up, qualified, quoted the Section 32, booked and texted. You typed nothing.

What the sheet may claim. Every step drawn is one she takes on a call today: she says she is an AI before anything else, quotes the advertised range, answers a Section 32 question from the document, finds a free slot in the agent’s real calendar and books it mid-call, texts the details, and places the caller on the buyer track. Names and numbers are made up.

One assistant. Every tool.

AIRIS isn’t a chat window beside your CRM. She works inside every page you already use — the desk, the calendar, the inbox, the listing, the campaign — and the last press is always yours.

A line drawing of the CRM. The menu on the left lists every page. Beside it, between the menu and the page, the assistant's panel. For each page in turn — Today, Clients, Auto Calendar, Emails, Listings, Campaigns, Design, Files — a thread runs from the assistant into the page and draws a dashed proposal; a button appears in her panel; the agent presses it; the proposal becomes solid ink.

What the sheet may claim. Every page visited has a real tool behind it today: a follow-up task, a client record and its tags, a free slot booked, a drafted reply, a listing sent by text, a laid-out campaign, a canvas element, a file moved. In each one she drafts, and you press. She never presses for you.

The buyer who says “not until next year”.

Your pipeline handles the buyer who is ready now. It has nothing for the one who is three or more months out — so they quietly fall out of it. Here is the one part we clamp on, and where it stops.

Systems diagram of the buyer pipeline: new enquiry, qualified, then either inspecting or watching. Unaided, the buyer three or more months out at Watching falls out of the pipeline. One At Ease part, AIRIS, seats onto it in one piece, covering new enquiry, qualified, inspecting and deciding and reaching down to watching. A revisit timer brings a watching buyer back up on the agent's board, and when they re-engage the track returns them to inspecting. It stops at Offer in play, which is the agent's by design. Nothing is drawn over Under contract or Settled because nothing is built there yet.

1 · Today

The buyer who is ready now inspects, decides and settles. The one who is three or more months out reaches Watching — and the track stops. Nothing brings them back, and the two who were lost are still sitting there.

2 · AIRIS attached

One part, seated in one piece over New enquiry, Qualified, Inspecting and Deciding: AIRIS answers 24/7 in the caller’s own language, writes the brief to the record, books mid-call and texts the Section 32. Her arm reaches the Watching pod, and the way back is drawn solid — the revisit timer and the return run on their own.

3 · The revisit return

The buyer who was lost before. Alerts run on their brief and a revisit timer is set; when it fires they come back up on your board, and the check-in is yours — a call or a text. When they re-engage, the track returns them to Inspecting. Then AIRIS stops at Offer in play, because the negotiation is yours.

Nothing sits over Under contract or Settled, because nothing is built there yet — the cooling-off, finance and settlement clocks are white space, and so are the anniversary touchpoints. Offer in play is human by design. Every paid plan is the same desk — what differs is the monthly pool; the free plan has no phone line, so none of this runs there. The revisit timer raises them for you — it sends nothing and makes no calls. One illustrative agency, one illustrative buyer.
